You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded Products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Maintenance and Support

We are responsible for providing all maintenance and support services for the App, as specified in these Terms or required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that you provide to us when you use the App or Services. You agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the App or Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Content and Intellectual Property

The App and Services contain content owned by us or our licensors, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software ("Content"). The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Warranty and Claims

If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.

We are responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection or privacy claims.

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

1.⁠ ⁠You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country

2.⁠ ⁠You are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted parties list

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Disclaimer

The App and Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the App or Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
