You'll run the rhythm of the studio — making sure briefs, generations, and reviews move cleanly from a brand's intent to a finished, approved campaign. Part operations, part producer, all in service of the work.
What you'll do
Shepherd campaigns from brief through generation, review, and final approval
Keep the briefing-to-delivery flow tight across the app and the web studio
Spot where the pipeline stalls and turn it into product and process feedback
Hold the bar on quality and on-brand output before anything ships
Build the operating playbook the team grows into

Calm under ambiguity, precise in execution
