You'll own how Modio looks, sounds, and feels — and turn the taste of real fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands into something the agent can act on. This is the bridge between a brand's DNA and the campaigns our product generates.
What you'll do
Define Modio's own brand and creative direction across the app and the web studio
Translate a brand's DNA — references, casting, locations, mood — into structured direction the generation pipeline can use
Run taste reviews on real campaign output and feed sharp, specific notes back to engineering
Shape the briefing experience so a founder's intent survives the trip to a finished shot
Set the editorial bar for everything we ship publicly
What were looking for
6+ years in brand and creative direction at a high-craft studio, label, or product team
Deep fluency in fashion, beauty, home, or lifestyle imagery
Comfort treating references and prompts as real creative tools
A point of view on taste, held warmly, and the writing to back it up
Eager to work alongside engineers and ship
