What you'll do
Push image quality across the pipeline — fidelity, detail, color, and lighting that reads as photography
Build the consistency systems that hold a model's face and a product's identity across a multi-shot campaign
Evaluate and integrate image models, and tune them for fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle
Stand up quality evals and a gap engine that catches off-brand output before a person does
Partner with the creative lead to turn taste notes into measurable wins
What were looking for
5+ years in applied ML, with real work on diffusion or image generation
Hands-on with fine-tuning, conditioning, and identity-consistency techniques
A good eye — you can tell a great shot from a technically-correct one
Strong Python and a habit of measuring what you change
Comfortable shipping into a live product, not just a notebook
